Adobe fights with Final Cut

The Adobe system in Southeast Asia wants to grow in video editing and mobile publishing market after doing a great job in print and web publishing in Philippines.

Adobe believes software production and publishing tools should suit for multimedia environments. Professionals now expect to publish content in different forms, including print, mobile, web and optical media. They start to look for integrated solution. Adobe said the number one photo and video editing software is still Photoshop. Apple users still use After Effect. The new suite of software (the new Adobe Premiere Pro CS3) tries to compete with Apple’s Final Cut Pro. Adobe shows that it‘s possible to import video files into Photoshop, then save the result in different video formats that could be published in the web or a mobile phone. It allows users to run different Adobe applications without switching to another software program.

It seemed that Adobe set up a fight.
